Ludufy ("Ludufy", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices you have when using our platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Authentication Data

When you sign in with Google OAuth or otherwise create an account, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture, if available
  • Google user ID and account metadata required for authentication

2.2 Platform Usage Data

  • Games created, joined, or completed
  • Game answers, participation history, and prize history
  • Timestamps, device, browser, IP address, and log data
  • Security, anti-fraud, and abuse-prevention signals

2.3 Prize and Payout Data

If you win a prize, we or our reward provider may collect information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the reward.

2.4 YouTube and Google API Data

If you connect a Google or YouTube account, we may collect and process data returned by Google APIs and YouTube API Services, including channel identifiers, channel name, channel image, subscriber information, memberships availability, membership level data, and information needed to determine whether a player is subscribed to or is a member of a creator's channel.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Ludufy
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Operate live games, audience access checks, and rewards
  • Connect creator channels and support YouTube-based features
  • Verify whether users meet subscription or membership access requirements
  • Detect fraud, abuse, cheating, bots, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of:

  • Consent
  • Performance of a contract
  • Legitimate interests, including service security and fraud prevention
  • Compliance with legal obligations

5. Google APIs and YouTube API Services

Ludufy uses Google APIs and YouTube API Services to enable creators to connect YouTube channels and to enable channel-based access controls for users.

Ludufy complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Google's API Services User Data Policy.

5.1 Scopes We Request

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly to read basic YouTube account and channel information necessary to connect an account and verify channel-based access conditions.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.channel-memberships.creator to read memberships information for a creator's own memberships-enabled channel when that creator uses memberships as an access requirement inside Ludufy.

5.2 How We Use Google and YouTube Data

  • Connect and maintain a creator's YouTube integration
  • Display connected channel information inside Ludufy
  • Check whether memberships are enabled for the connected creator channel
  • Sync creator membership data required to enforce paid-tier access restrictions
  • Verify whether a player satisfies subscription or membership access requirements
  • Troubleshoot, secure, and improve the integration

5.3 Token Storage and Security

When you authorize Ludufy to access Google or YouTube data, we may store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens in encrypted form so the integration can continue working, expired access can be refreshed, and authorized checks can be performed. We do not intentionally expose those credentials to other users.

5.4 Limited Use

Google and YouTube API data is used only to provide and secure Ludufy's user-facing features. We do not sell Google or YouTube user data. We do not use Google or YouTube API data for advertising. We do not transfer Google or YouTube API data to third parties except where necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or act on your instructions or consent.

5.5 Retention and Deletion

We retain Google and YouTube API data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the integration, maintain account connections, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you disconnect the integration or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify relevant data within a commercially reasonable time, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

5.6 Revoking Access

You can revoke Ludufy's access to your Google account at any time through myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may also contact us to request deletion of stored connection data. Revoking access may disable YouTube-related features in Ludufy.

5.7 Additional Google Disclosures

For more information about how Google handles personal data, please review the Google Privacy Policy. Ludufy is an independent application and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google or YouTube unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, and reward partners
  • Authorities, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law
  • Other users only as needed for core platform functionality

We do not sell personal data.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored outside Argentina, including in the United States, by providers used to operate Ludufy. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.

8. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
  • Encrypted token storage where applicable
  • Access controls and role-based restrictions
  • Database security policies and operational monitoring

9. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or update your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
